Terms and Conditions & Return Policy for Private Individuals

These terms and conditions apply when you shop as a private individual at Ceon AB.

Right of withdrawal & Open purchase

By law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we offer a total 30-day open purchase. The period begins on the day you or a representative receives the goods. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in a substantially unchanged condition and preferably in the original packaging. If the goods have been handled more than is necessary to determine their properties, we reserve the right to make a reduction in value. The right of withdrawal also applies to sale goods.

Complaint

You have 3-year warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time (two months is always considered a reasonable time) after the defect is discovered. If the complaint is approved, Ceon AB is responsible for return shipping and will remedy the defect through repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a return or complaint is approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment method without delay, but no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

Return shipping

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the shipping cost. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service when returning more expensive goods.

Reservations (Price, Image & Stock)

We reserve the right to correct any errors in the images or writing on the website, such as errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding stock status. We reserve the right to correct such errors. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the correct price before we ship the item.

Payment & GDPR

We use Kustom Checkout. By completing the purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that you have read our privacy policy regarding how we handle your personal data.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Protection (ARN). You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
