- Legal basis: Legal obligation (Accounting Act).
- Storage time: 7 years plus the current year according to Swedish law.
2.3 For marketing (Balancing of interests/Consent)
If you are a customer or have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you offers.

- Legal basis: Legitimate interest (for existing customers) or consent (for subscription).
- Storage time: Until you choose to unsubscribe from mailings.
3. Who do we share your information with?
We never sell your information to third parties. However, in order to operate our store, we share data with trusted partners:
- Payment providers: We use Kustom Checkout (Kustom AB) to handle payments. They collect the information required to complete the payment.
- Logistics partners: To ship your item, we share your name and address with shipping companies (e.g. PostNord or DHL).
- IT suppliers: Companies that operate our webshop and our systems.

We aim to always store your personal data within the EU/EEA. If data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission).
