Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing repayments

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ceonab.se and send your item to: Kövlinge 110, 312 94 Laholm.

 

Shipping & Returns

To return your product, you must post your product to: Kövlinge 110, 312 94 Laholm.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will accept your returned item.
